Neil Grenyer MRICS
FurnitureNeil studied Fine Art Valuation at Southampton Institute (now Southampton Solent University), graduating in 1995, and went directly into the Ceramics, Glass and Decorative Arts Department of Bonhams in London. He moved to Derbyshire in 1999, initially working as a Regional Valuer for Bonhams and then as an auctioneer and valuer for Wintertons Fine Arts, running their Bakewell salerooms. In 2009 he established himself as an independent valuer carrying out probate and insurance valuations alongside consultancy work for a number of auction houses. He moved from Derbyshire to Dorset in 2015 when he was appointed to the Board of Directors of Lawrences Fine Art Auctioneer where he oversaw their Furniture and Ceramics Departments. He left Lawrences in 2020 to study for an MSc in the Conservation and Management of Historic Buildings alongside re-establishing himself as an independent valuer before joining Woolley & Wallis in April 2022.
