by Spink and Son, London 1899,
circular form, pierced with horizontal slats, beaded borders, scroll handle, the domed hinged cover with a pierced shell thumb-piece and urn finial, and engraved with two thistles and 'Noli Me Tangere', the front applied with Jacobite related badge below Prince of Wales Feathers and dated '1745', with a blue glass liner, height 10cm, approx. weight 4oz.
