A George III silver tea caddy,
by Robert and David Hennell, London 1795,
oval-bellied form, part-fluted decoration, engraved borders, with a crest in a foliate cartouche. the hinged cover with fluted decoration and with an oval finial, the interior with a divider, height 17.5cm, approx. weight 19oz.

Provenance: A Private Collection.
Purchased from Sotheby's, London, 3 March 1990, lot 103.
The crest is that of Creevey, Dolben and Tooth.
