one by William Twell, London 1712, the other by James Gould, London 1730,

octagonal baluster columns with octagonal capitals, on raised octagonal bases engraved with an armorial, height 18.5cm, approx. weight 28oz. (2)

The arms are those of Bowles or Bolles, originally of Lincolnshire impaling probably Hayes / de la Haye.
