An early 19th century Scottish silver mounted snuff mull, unmarked circa 1848, the hinged cover embossed with thistle decoration and set with a citrine, with a scroll cartouche inscribed, ' To Mr W.B.Seal From a few of his Leith Friends, 1848', attached with five hanging implements, length 9.5cm.
