A modern leather dressing case fitted with the following silvergilt and deep blue enamelled items: a hand mirror, four brushes, a comb, a mounted steel button hook, a shoe horn, six assorted bottles/jars, a nail file, a pair of tweezers, a lipstick holder, a nail buffer, a jar mount (no jar) and a leather blotter, (together with a four piece tortoiseshell brush set) the mounts by H. Mathews, Birmingham 1925/1926. The case initialled "I.C", 21in (53cm) wide.
