A Charles II silver porringer stand
A Charles II silver porringer stand,
maker's mark C.P, possibly for Clement Punge, London 1661,
circular form, embossed foliate decoration and with two cherubs, the centre engraved with an armorial shield within ribbon-tied wreath mantling, on a raised circular foot, diameter 30.5cm, height 7cm, approx. weight 19.5oz.
