A pierced silver-gilt Bezoar-stone holder,
unmarked, probably Indian late 17th / early 18th century,
ovoid form with pronounced band around the middle, the surface decorated with openwork scrolling foliate decoration, and each end with a rosette motif, with silver-gilt liner, diameter 5.8cm, approx. weight 2.4oz.
