modelled in a standing position, the hinged cover set with red glass eyes and with gilded eye sockets, the interior rim inscribed 'Mary Ann 28 July 1849', the body with textured feather decoration, on a raised circular foliate base, with gilded talons and feet, height 22.5cm, approx. weight 19.4oz.
