An early 17th century silver bodkin, maker's mark worn, circa 1620, flattened hexagonal tapering form, with an eye and slot and 'cup' spatula, engraved decoration, and with two flower motifs, prick dot initials E.?, length 15.5cm, approx. weight 0.5oz. Purchased from Phillips, London, 14 December 1983.
