A William III silver funnel

A William III silver funnel, maker's mark partially struck, over-stamping another, B.C, circa 1700, tapering conical form, ring attachment, engraved with a crest, diameter 5cm, approx. weight 0.6oz. Purchased from Phillips, London, 25 January 1985. The crest is possibly that for Burwell of Badingham, Suffolk.
