A pair of early 18th century Irish silver sugar nips, marked with a harp and Hibernia, Dublin circa 1740, ring handles, shell shaped bowls, tapering stems, the square box scratch initialled 'I*B' and with a later monogram, length 11.8cm, approx. weight 0.9oz. Purchased from Phillips, London, 28 August 1983.
