A rare William and Mary miniature silver toy knife box with three canon handled knives and a fork

A rare William and Mary miniature silver toy knife box with three canon handled knives and a fork, by George Manjoy, London 1694, tapering fluted form, pull-off fluted cover, on a raised circular foot, with seven holes for knives, the underside scratch initialled 'M.P', th knife blades and fork with maker's mark, height 5.3cm, length of knife 4.5cm, approx. weight 0.8oz. Purchased from Phillips, London, 30 April 1982.
