A Charles II West Country silver-gilt Apostle spoon, St. Philip,
no maker's mark, Exeter circa 1677,
fig-shaped bowl, the reverse prick-dot initialled 'M.H' over '1677', tapering stem with an Apostle finial, with a plain nimbus, length 19.5cm, weight 2.1oz.
Provenance: purchased from Henry Willis Antique Silver, Sherborne in 2015.
