by Ivan Saltykov, Moscow circa 1890, assay master A. Artsybashev,

circular form, with a hanging apron of vari-coloured decoration, knopped stem on a raised circular foot with enamelled decoration, rope-work border, initialled, height 9.5cm, approx. weight 6.4oz.
