A late 17th century German parcel-gilt silver goblet,
probably by Johan Jacob Clauss, Nurnburg circa 1680,
lobed circular bowl with embossed foliate decoration, the centre of the bowl with a fixing for an attachment, the stem with a winged figure holding a wreath and a dove, on a raised lobed circular foot, height 18cm, approx. weight 4.4oz.
