Works by living artists are subject to a levy of 4% if they sell at or over the sterling equivalent of €1,000.  Above €50,000 the levy reduces on a sliding scale, please refer to the department for details.  We will add the levy to the purchaser's invoice and we will pay the full amount to the relevant collecting agency.
