PRINCE ALBERT.) 30 KING WILLIAM STT LONDON BRIDGE.', acanthus engraved frame inscribed 'ADAMS' PATENT REVOLVER. No 86', nipple wells formed as truncated cones, radiused cylinder bolt, London proof; with an associated fitted case and accessories. Section 58(2) - no licence required if possessed as a curiosity or ornament.

A scarce early production example.Taylerson, Andrews& Frithin 'The Revolver 1818-1865' note that the change from 34 to 38 bore for the large Adams revolvers occurred during the 200-400 serial range, yet the present example appears to measure as 38 bore.
