Four military swords, as follows: a French model 1831 foot artillery side arm, broad double edged blade 19 in., cast brass neo-classical hilt, brass mounted leather scabbard; an other ranks sword similar to the British foot artillery type, straight single edged blade 24 in., brass stirrup hilt with shallow dogs-head details to the pommel, partial leather scabbard with brass frog hook; and two Spanish model 1867 Infantry Officer's swords, slender blades 30 in., brass hilts, double shell guards with Royal Arms to the outer shells, dog head back quillons, slender knuckle bows, later copper scabbards.
