A 17th century North European hunting sword, double edged blade 31.5 in., three narrow fullers to the forte, marked with a running wolf, rudimentary crescents, and 'ANDRIA FERARA'; iron double-shell guard with knuckle bow and embellished allover with groups of silver pellets within a lattice design, stag horn grip carved with rippled lines, round iron pommel eccentric to its finial, pommel, grip rivets and collar all decorated en suite to the guard; partial leather scabbard.
