A collection of Great War medal and associated ephemera to two brothers, comprising: the 1914-15 Star, British War Medal and Victory Medal to Lieutenant Arthur Fogg, Royal Fusiliers and Machine Gun Corps (PS-6932 PTE A. FOGG. R. FUS: and LIEUT. A. FOGG.), mounted for wearing, good very fine; together with the British War Medal and Victory Medal to Gunner Percy Fogg, R.G.A. (127002 GNR. P. FOGG. R.A.), in original packaging, and the Silver War Badge issued to this man (424754), BWM with irregular patination therefore very fine, VM extremely fine. [5]; together with a quantity of photographs, original documents, and other ephemera.

Arthur and Percy Fogg were sons to Herbert Fogg, a rag merchant from Dewsbury, and his wife Gertrude. Arthur entered France 14/11/1915 as a Private with the 21st Battalion Royal Fusiliers, and was discharged to a commission in the Machine Gun Corps 25/09/1916. His younger brother Percy served with 275 Siege Battery Royal Garrison Artillery, and was wounded by shrapnel, in the right buttock, 14/11/1917.
