Spain: Medal for Bagur and Palermos, a cast bronze example, 44 mm, obverse with conjoined arms of Spain and Britain, reverse privately initialled, very fine.

Created to honour the participants in the expulsion of the French from Catalonia, September 1810, BBM and other British sources acknowledge the existence only of the gold and silver issues. Guerra, however, notes the existence of a bronze type (see bibliography).
