A pair of German academic fencing sabres (schläger), straight slender 33.5 in., steel guards formed of shield shaped plates united to the pommels by knuckle bows and augmented by arrangements of looping bars, ergonomic cord bound grips; together with a good copy of a 16th century rapier, blade 40.25 in. steel swept hilt with large fluted pommel and wire bound grip.
