Three eastern edged weapons: i) a small Indo-Persian dagger (peshkabz), double-curved blade 5.5 in. with reinforced point, horn grip scales, fabric covered scabbard with openwork brass chape; ii) a small Omani dagger (jambiya), broad blade 3.5 in., ornate silver mounted hilt and scabbard with characteristic arrangement of rings; iii) a Tibetan brass ritual dagger (phurbu), triangular blade 3.5 in. projecting from the mouth of a monstrous bird, the openwork grip formed as a Buddhist thunderbolt (vajra), the pommel in the form of a three faced head.
