Medals & Coins, Arms & Armour

This catalogue includes orders, decorations and medals. Notable among these are the group to Brigadier-General Cecil Faber Aspinall-Oglander, C.B., C.M.G., D.S.O. and the historic Santa Fe Incident (Operation Paraquet) South Atlantic Medal to LCpl Jeremy ‘Rocky’ Rowe, Royal Marines. We also have the medals to a cavalryman who took part in the famous charge of the 21^st Lancers at Omdurman.

Arms and armour are extremely well represented: the catalogue offers a highly rare and historically important gun shield from the armoury of King Henry the VIII of England,  a fine cased pair of pistols by Westley Richards in exceptionally good condition, and a splendid cased revolver by George Daw.

Also featured will be a good single private vendor collection of sweetheart jewellery, as well as coins, edged weapons, and militaria.
