The April 30th sale is well represented with natural pearls.  Lot 1409, a pair of pear drop earrings are estimated to sell for £80,000 - 120,000 but could exceed these figures.  Lot 1408, an Art Deco ruby and diamond ring is estimated to sell for £20,000 - 30,000.
Professional gemmological testing is essential and this can be arranged through the department, whether it is in London, Switzerland or New York.
