A verbal report from GCS states that the sapphire is of Sri Lankan origin, with no indications of heat treatment
Sapphire calculated to weigh ≈2.60 carats. Some minor inclusions to sapphire, some surface-reaching crystals causing minor pitting to crown facets, but not obvious. Stone windowed but attractive colour and clarity, with a nice older cut, shallow but well proportioned, some minor wear to facet edges. Underside of mount slightly warped, with some jagged edges but comfortable when worn. Rose diamonds bright and lively. Gross weight ≈3.7 grams.
