An early 18th century gold poison ring, c1830, the quatrefoil cover is detached but would originally have been hinged, centred with a flower head decorated with white and pink enamel remnants and further blue and white enamel decoration to the outer petals within fine pellet borders, with raised and stylised fleur-de-lys shoulders and chased with foliate decoration to the back of the shank, all with remnants of black, white and blue enamel, size Q (approx.)
