A large circular intaglio depicting the reverse side of the Napoleonic bronze medal with a seated emperor and a woman wearing a civic crown and a putti guiding a ship and watching a star above, the symbol of Paris. 6.5cm. An allegorical scene of France succumbing to Britain being overseen by Justice. Also an agate intaglio, a small glass intaglio depicting a gryllus, an intaglio carved with initials and a plaster cast.
