An Art Deco rectangular silver gilt and gold vanity case with watch by Auguste Peyroulx, black lacquered silver-gilt with gold mounts to all sides and watch in the hinged cover, the unsigned watch with gold mount, silver dial with black Arabic numerals and unsigned movement, the glazed aperture with diamond-set borders continuing to the thumbpiece, two centre-opening hinged internal compartments and the smaller missing the cover, possibly missing mirror, maker's lozenge, French control marks and inventory number 3279 stamped overall, 8cm wide
