Cartier, a rare Belle Epoque amethyst, enamel, chalcedony and diamond minute repeat desk clock, circa 1910, the circular white-enamelled dial with black enamel indicators and rose-cut diamond hands, within a white enamelled frame, to a cuboid case applied with blue guilloché enamel bordered with white enamel, the top with a cylindrical amethyst push piece, on a four-footed chalcedony base, the sides additionally accented with rose-cut diamonds, measuring 8.0 x 5.8 x 4.9cm including amethyst push piece, dial signed Cartier, indistinct assay and maker's marks, winding key, original fitted case stamped Cartier Paris
