A fine and rare gold, enamel, pearl and diamond crucifix pendant, circa 1600, depicting Christ on the cross, a banner reading INRI above and the skull of Golgotha below, applied with white enamel en ronde bosse, the cross with engraved woodgrain applied with brown basse taille enamel, accented with table-cut diamonds and suspending a pearl, length 4.7cm including pearl pendant, pearl untested, losses to enamel
