A circular gold brooch set with two pearls and two sapphires, unmarked but probably Russian, engraved with square-shaped pattern and cone-shaped pin catch, partly obscure scratched inventory numbers, possibly 36184 and 8081 and an illegible name, 2.2cm wide, in fitted brown leather box marked for K. Fabergé
