The waisted body typically decorated in gilt, green, orange and thick blue enamels, painted with a continuous design of many iris buds and flowers, the neck with panels of stylised flowers and scrolling tendrils, the Shimazu mon crest depicting a cross in a circle repeated above the foot, unsigned, 35cm.
