EDO PERIOD, 17TH/18TH CENTURY

The body decorated in iron red, green and black enamels, the exterior painted with a small leaping tiger, with flowering prunus to the side and bamboo issuing from banded hedges, the interior with a band of chevrons underneath the rim and a central flowerhead to the well, 7.4cm.
