MEIJI OR TAISHO PERIOD, 20TH CENTURY

A Japanese pencil study of a nude, possibly by the artist Hashiguchi Goyo (1881-1921), the beauty depicted comfortably seated, her eyes lowered, with two red seal marks to the bottom left corner, one reading Honjo, the reverse with another incomplete nude, framed, 33.5cm x 33.5cm.
