A Japanese woodblock print entitled Bingo Abumon Kannondo (The Temple of Kannon at Abumon in the Bingo Province), from the series Rokujuyoshu Meisho Zue (Famous Views of the Sixty-odd Provinces), inscribed with the name of the series and the title of the print, signed Hiroshige hitsu, with censor's seal Aratame, date seal usha juni (year of the ox [1853], 12th month), the block carver's seal of Yokogawa Takejiro, and the oval publisher's seal of Koshimuraya Heisuke, oban tate-e, 35.9cm x 24.4cm.
Provenance: from the private collection of a British artist, formed in the 1990s.
