Inlaid on the shakudo nanako ground with a scene from Ukifune, Chapter 51 from the Tale of Genji; depicting a couple on a small boat, the lovers kissing under the moon and with a pine to the side; the reverse in gold, signed Goto Mitsuaki with kao and dated Tenpo ushi, mutsuki (in the first month of the Year of the Ox, Tenpo 12, 1841), 9.7cm.
