All three depicting bijin, the first with a beauty on a bridge gazing at sailing boats in the distance, after Yamaguchi Soken (1722-1784), the two others depicting a similar composition with a beauty writing a letter and with Okame behind her, one after Kitagawa Utamaro (1753-1806), and the other Mori Tetsuzan (1774-1841), 111cm x 42.5cm max. Provenance: the Utamaro picture from the Cook family collection, Scotland.
