Two a pair, the baluster bodies typically decorated in underglaze blue, gilt, red and orange enamels with flowering peonies, brocade designs, scrolling tendrils, mon and other motifs, the lids topped with ferocious-looking shishi on rocky outcrops, together with another vase decorated in the same palette with frolicking lion dogs and panels of birds amongst vegetation, the cover with a seated shishi, 63cm max.
