FOUR JAPANESE MOULDED DISHES
EDO PERIOD, 18TH CENTURY
Each of lobed form, the cavetto moulded with lotus flowerheads and decorated to the well in overglaze enamels, two dishes with sprays of chrysanthemum, another with a small blue bird flying over a branch of flowering prunus, and the fourth decorated with chrysanthemum flowers floating on the surface of a meandering stream, all approx. 22.5cm.
