A George IV macassar ebony and brass bound tea chest, the hinged cover inset a crested brass plaque, revealing a cedarwood interior with four divisions with four levels for the sprung lids with ebony and mother of pearl handles, the brass lock stamped with crowned 'PATENT','S.MORDAN & Co, LONDON,' 6¼in (16cm) high, 13½in (34.4cm) wide, 9½in (24.2cm) deep.
