ATTRIBUTED TO JOSEPH-EMANUEL ZWIENER (1848-1895), LATE 19TH CENTURY

of serpentine form, the arched pediment with a shell mount above a pair of two-panelled doors, each panel inlaid with flowering foliage on a quarter veneered ground, the reverse of the doors fitted with mirrors, enclosing a shelf and two short drawers, the sides similarly decorated, on a base with a shaped apron with a smoking urn mount, on short scrolling legs with lion paw sabots, the whole with acanthus, rocaille, floral and shell mounts
