Catalogue Note
The painted crests possibly relate to the Dawkins and Colyears (Colyers) families. Lady Juliana Colyear, daughter of the 2nd Earl of Portmore married Henry Dawkins, from a plantation owning family from Jamaica. Henry Dawkins acquired Standlynch Park near Salisbury (later Trafalgar Park) c.1764.
