A George III and later mahogany secrétaire breakfront library bookcase, the detachable pendant cornice above astragal glazed doors, with Prince of Wales plumes of feathers and foliate paterae, enclosing adjustable shelves, with a secretaire drawer fitted with pigeonholes and drawers, and a central cupboard flanked by a pair of satinwood faux-fluted secret pilaster compartments, with a leather lined writing surface, flanked by a pair of deep drawers with false fronts, all with lion's mask brass handles, above a pair of panelled doors enclosing a shelf, flanked by further cupboards, each with two shelves, 272cm high, 330cm wide, 56.1cm deep.
