λ An 18th century rosewood fauteuil in Louis XV style, the serpentine top rail carved with flowers and scrolling foliage, above a scroll and arcaded pierced splat back and a stuffed-over seat on flower and leaf carved cabriole legs, possibly Portuguese.

Provenance: The estate of the late Sir John Alexander Campbell-Orde, 6th Baronet (1943-2016).
