the brass eight day movement with four turned and finned pillars and an anchor escapement striking on a bell, the brass twelve inch arched dial with a silvered chapter ring with Roman and Arabic numerals, the matted centre with subsidiary seconds dial and date aperture, with pierced scroll hands and gilt brass cherub mask and dolphin spandrels, the arch with signature rondel, inscribed 'Willm Wright & Hry Felton London', the case with a moulded arched hood with fret carved decoration and turned columns, with a conforming trunk door and crossbanded plinth base
