the triple fold-over top with a floret carved edge, hinged for tea, baize lined for cards and inlaid with boxwood and ebony with chequer and backgammon boards, with a side drawer, later baize lined for counters and the folding backgammon frame, on moulded chamfered supports, the back legs stamped with owner's initials 'E S'
