A fine late 18th century Chinese reverse glass painting of a shepherd and shepherdess, after a painting by Francois Boucher (1703-1770), the shepherd teaching his companion to play the flute, set in an arcadian landscape with trees, a temple and a flock of sheep, 45 x 37.5cm in a later giltwood frame.
