An early 18th century pewter footed plate or tazza, raised on a gadrooned edge spreading foot to a deep edge top with a gadrooned rim, touchmark struck twice to underside, very faint, possibly Thomas Forde, Whitehaven (Cott 1723,) scratched inventory number '123' inside the foot, 3in (7.5cm) h, 8.5in (21.5cm) dia.
